This feeling disconnected from others prayer can encourage and help us when we feel alone and isolated due to circumstances such as illness, quarantine, geographical distance, natural disasters and civil emergencies.

Feeling Disconnected From Others Prayer to Keep Connected to God  and Each Other

Lord, as we have lived these many weeks separated physically from one another, joining with family and friends, church and work by video conferences, through electronic media. Lord we miss the human touch of connection, of communication body, mind and spirit with each other.

We thank you Lord Jesus for the miracle of connection with the internet, while we recognize just how much we also need to connect with you. Thank you Lord Jesus, that through relationship with each other, we “see your face”, through giving to those in need we “ give ourselves a new to you dear Lord.”

Thank you for the many ways you Holy Spirit have given us wisdom in new ways of connecting to each other and to You dear Lord.  More than ever, Lord Jesus, we thank you  for your suffering, death and resurrection. For your giving us your Holy Spirit , to be with us, even when we are apart.

Thank you, Jesus for your Living Word of promise. Lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” ~  Matthew 28:20

Thank you Lord Jesus for your Word of Promise:  “ My Peace I give to you, not as the world gives, I give unto you. Let not your hearts be troubled, Trust in God.  ~ John 14.27

Lord Jesus, we join our hears, minds and strength to you in Praise and thanksgiving for all you have given us, and for being with us even now as we seek to commune with you and each other, though separated for a time.

Bless us to be a blessing to others, that we may give peace, love, hope to others as you have given these gifts to us.

In your Name

Jesus The Risen Savior, we pray

Amen
